Manual Fabrication
Briteline has a fully outfitted manual fabrication center. Includes:- Brake presses

We can miter cut, notch, special saw cut, drill, punch, tap, countersink, mill, deburr, and end form extrusions.
Our skilled craftsmen make all of our fabrication tooling and jigs on site, which saves you time, money and provides the quality you need in your finished part.
CNC Machining Center
We offer precision machining with our Elumatec SBZ 130 CNC Profile Machining Center. Its 22 foot bed with twin 10 foot long machining sections allows parts to be machined while setting up for the next job. The Elumatec has a length measurement system that allows it to hold fabrication tolerances from either end of the extrusion.
